The Brecon Beacons is home to the world renowned Hay Literary Festival and The Brecon Jazz Festival as well as having the Abergavenny Food festival on it’s doorstep in the autumn. Both Crickhowell and Hay have annual walking festivals but there are guided walks almost every weekend in different parts of the National Park.

Close to Glynmeddig on the west of the Park we have the Geopark fortnight in June, The Llandovery Sheep Festival at the end of September and our local Sennybridge Agricultural Show at the beginning of the month.
